Christmas is Jesus's birthday and we all should be giving him the presents instead of giving them to each other. So many people think that christmas is all about the list of things I mentioned. Truth is, NO. No. N-O no. Christmas is all about Jesus.Everyone be reminded about the true meaning about christmas and not all about the shopping discounts and stuff. I feel a little bad about begging my parents about a tree now that I think of it. When did Santa become Jesus?! Anyway, this christmas I'm going to do something for Jesus and not just for my friends, family and me. By the way, I didn't really do the 15 things yesterday, I had to watch That's My Baby so I touched the remote. :D Wee-ell, maybe I'll do lots of baking and baking. That will be so fun. Except the clean-up part, maybe I'll go to my grandmother's house to use their gigantic oven. It's so huge I think if I take out the tray I can actually fit into it. As in when I crouch down. I finished 2 books today,
'Kira Kira' by Cynthia Kadohata, main summary:Chronicles the close friendship between 2 Japanese- American sisters growing up in Georgia during the late 1950s and the despair felt when one sister becomes terminally ill. (She died which was really sad)
And 'bad Girls'by another Cynthia! Cynthia Voigt. Main summary: After meeting on the same day in Mrs.Chemsky's 5th grade class, Margalo and Mikey help each other in and out of trouble as they try to maintain a friendship while each asserts her independence.
Hopefully, I can finish the book 'Fringe' which is about teenagers who get teased and bullied in school for being different than others. I really hope somebody like well I'm not saying, will pick up the book and read it and won't tease, bully somebody else again.
Went out for dinner at the Thai restaurant, Sri is leaving on friday and my brother's birthday tomorrow.
